About Us

Created in April 1997, PHRS is a locally owned and operated company. We provide Human Resources Management and Consulting Services to private, public and non-profit organizations. Areas of expertise include recruitment, workforce development, performance audits and compliance with federal employment mandates and standards.

 

PHRS is an established training provider recognized by the Agency for Human Resources,
Small Business Development Center and Community Services and Resources.


Meet Our Team

Mr. Jeffrey Vitkovitsky, is the General Manager with Pacific Human Resource Services, Inc. and the longest standing employee of the company. For the past eight years, he was the lead in HR Consulting, Assessment and Training Services, and the largest continuously running Program under the PHRS umbrella of services - Drug Testing Program Management (DTPM). He is a Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT) under DATIA (Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry of Association) with 15 years of Business Management experience as a Retail Service Manager, Events Planner and Business Owner, working closely with the Hospitality Industry. He has written extensive policies and SOP’s for client companies and Government agencies. He provides corporate training from Drug Free Trainings to Time Management workshops.
